The Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) conducts administrative review of appeals of USCIS decisions to ensure consistency and accuracy in the interpretation of immigration law and policy. They are usually "non-precedent" decisions that apply existing law and policy to the facts of a given case. Sometimes the cases are designated as "precedent" by the decision of the Attorney General.
All of these decisions are provided by USCIS. Here, a synopsis of these decisions are provided to help find the important parts of the decisions in a searchable format.
